Maroochydore Waterfront Accommodation
Banyandah Towers Apartments not only offers Maroochydore waterfront accommodation in a range of apartment types with views of the Maroochydore River but it also has its very own private jetty right on the Maroochydore River where some good sized fish have been caught. Of course if you do have a boat and would like to bring it we do have parking for boats up to 5.5 meters and for this there is no extra cost. There are a few permanent moorings on the Maroochydore River edge if you would like to leave your boat in the water during your stay with us. There is a boat ramp located 5 minutes away at Picnic Point, Maroochydore from there you have access to the Maroochy River. If you would like to venture further afield you can launch your boat at Mooloolaba which gives you access to open waters. Want to experience deep sea fishing and don’t have a boat then we can book you one of the local charters. There are several that leave from the Mooloolaba wharf which is a short 15 minutes drive away. If you prefer to just try your luck in the river then we can organise a hire boat for you. A boat licence is not required. Take the family on a BBQ boat for the day, these can be hired just up the river from us and you can try to catch your lunch in the river. Most permanent residents use the jetty all the time and there is many a tall tale told about the one that got away. We have quite a few good anglers and a variety of good size fish are caught. If you need to know what the size limits are I am sure one of our resident anglers will know the answers for you.
